We have strict policies at Maine Lakeside Cabins to protect ourselves and the majority of our guests staying with us.

Each cabin, lodge, barn, and other buildings on the premises are carefully inventoried before and after each guest’s stay. If any articles are found to be missing or damaged, each guest will be notified and be held accountable.

Your credit card will be held as security deposit for each cabin, lodge, and barn rental. An additional $500.00 security deposit will be held for use of the Point House propane fireplace.

You must notify us if you have any sort of pet with you. There is a $30.00 per pet per day surcharge.

All accommodations are non-smoking. If any accommodation is found to have been smoked in, an additional $250.00 per unit, per day will be charged to your credit card.

A minimum $250.00 extra cleaning charge will be charged to your credit card if there is excessive cleaning due to uncleanliness caused by a guest or pet.

Noisy, disruptive, or destructive guests will be asked to leave without refund if, in our opinion, guests have repeatedly ignored our requests for quiet behavior, disturbed other guests, or have caused damage to property belonging to Maine Lakeside Cabins. Authorities will be notified and guests will be held accountable.

Each cabin sleeps a maximum number of guests. You are not permitted to have more than below limits: Lakeside Cabins: 10 Guests | Silver Cove Cabins: 10 Guests | Honeymoon Suite: 2 Guests | Mini Cabins: 2 Guests
