FAQs

Are pets allowed?

We are pet friendly; however, we do charge a fee per pet per night. 

Is there an A/C in the cabin?

We have air conditioners available to rent that can be installed before your arrival. 

Are ATVs allowed?

Yes, you can bring your ATV if you are planning a trip while you are here, however, we do not have direct trail access, and we ask that you keep you ATV on your trailer or in the back of your truck while you are here. Closest direct trail access point is about 3 miles up the road at Northern Outdoors. 

Are there canoe and kayak rentals at the resort?

We have canoes and kayaks available to rent.* Kayaks are $10 per hour or $30 per day.
Canoes are $15 per hour or $45 per day.
*If you do not have a life jacket one will be supplied for you per Maine State Law. 

Is there WiFi at the resort?

​We have WiFi in all of our cabins.*
*As we are in the western mountains of Maine, please understand that WiFi may not always be reliable.

Is there cell phone reception at the resort?

While there is a cellphone signal booster in the lodge, cell coverage is minimal.*
*We do have a landline phone on the premises for emergency situations.

Is there a public boat launch near the resort?

There is a public boat launch less than half a mile south of our driveway on the main road. 

Is there a dock at the resort for guest use?

There is a dock that guests can use if there is space available. (First come first serve basis)

Do all cabins have a propane grill?

No, the cabins do not have a propane grill. However, there is a picnic style charcoal grill at each Lakeside and Silver Cove  cabin.

Is there a daily housekeeping service?

​We do not offer daily housekeeping but if you need new sheets or run out of towels, we can bring you some extras. 

When is the bar open?

Except for during private events, our bar is only open during the winter months, January - March.

Do I need to bring my own ice and campfire wood?

We sell bags of ice and bundles of firewood. We also have a retail area where we have very basic toiletries.
